Traditionally, secondary education is an essential requirement for a child’s growth and college enrolment, and is often constrained by the lack of innovation and creativity beyond the classroom approach and core-curriculum.

Today’s world and workforce are ever-evolving, demanding a higher level of agility and innovation from institutions that are preparing young people for their transition. Limited capacity – innovation, skills, knowledge and resources hinder, and in some cases, prevent schools from creating relevant and adequate learning opportunities for students. The focus on rote memorization and regurgitation as means of learning, without prioritizing problem solving and critical thinking skills further impede students’ ability to become learners, independent thinkers and problem solvers who thrive in uncertainties.

By nurturing the entrepreneurial mindset of students, we expose them to a new world of opportunities and growth beyond an enclosed classroom of instructions, irrelevant content and unproductive routines that reduce their likelihood of success.

The educators–the school administrators and teachers who are currently leading this change do care, but they are constrained. That is why we do not want to be bystanders, we are stepping into the arena.
