At the moment, RE-Novate is done in partnership with schools and will not directly charge eligible students any tuition. All activities are being paid for by sponsors, donors and/ or the school’s administration.
The program will provide resources to a certain extent. However resources such as internet data, among others to do research or attend online classes will be incurred by the student.
For the pilot of RE-Novate, TRIBE is working with three schools in Monrovia and Paynesville.
Our program team conducted a school assessment in 2021 to assess potential schools to pilot RE-Novate. The school assessment evaluated schools’ willingness to participate, flexibility, infrastructure, and willingness to support the program implementation. Based on the assessment report and partnership review process, three schools agreed to partner with TRIBE.
15 students will be recruited from each partner school, 5 students per grade-level.
The partnership between TRIBE and the school lasts for the duration of the academic calendar year.
RE-Novate is FREE for students in the first year.
No. RE-Novate is FREE for Schools
RE-Novate has been integrated as an elective with partner schools. Student evaluation in RE-Novate is non-academic and is meant to test students’ cognitive abilities, socio-emotional skills and character development.
Facilitators will be recruited and trained by TRIBE. Each partner school will be assigned a facilitator.
