TRIBE takes a multidisciplinary approach to addressing education and workforce development challenges. Our work combines various specialized fields; Design, Research, Data, Entrepreneurship, Digital Literacy, Media, Arts, Entertainment, and Social Impact, among others.
Our approach
We design robust tools, create innovative programs and build digital solutions to improve learning outcomes and enhance working processes. We are building expertise in designing transformative experiences through innovative curriculum, platforms, engaging content, softwares, apps and games.

We Identify opportunities in challenges, and the talents to solve them. We Incubate and Equip them with the skills, tools and resources to grow, and Connect them to the opportunities needed to Create personal and community change.
RE-Novate is an annual entrepreneurial academy for high school students. Through RE-Novate, we are creating learning tools that inspire students to learn entrepreneurship, cultivate their entrepreneurial mindset. Furthermore, we are building a model that facilitates schools to develop and execute entrepreneurial programs to prepare students for the future of work.
YEBC
The Young Entrepreneurs Boot Camp is an annual intensive four-week entrepreneurship and digital literacy program and pitch competition for high school students. YEBC convenes a group of young people to inspire and nurture their entrepreneurial mindset through experiential learning and practical curriculum. Learn about our inaugural program here.
The Mentorship Institute
The Mentorship Institute is a year-long personal development program for students and youth. We connect young people with individuals they aspire to be, and facilitate them to learn and cultivate the abilities and skills to grow productively. Download the inaugural report.
